Feedback is critical to the success of the Agile Release Train (ART). How do we know if the solution we are building is what our customers desire?

Stakeholders, aka Business Owners in the world of SAFe, play a crucial role in keeping the Agile Release Train on track. This is definitely a partnership!

How can you help as a partner of your Agile Release Train?

  1. Attend the PI Planning Event for the full two days (in person if possible!).

  2. Regularly attend the system demo (or send a delegate) for every iteration to view progress and provide feedback.

  3. Attend the system demo at the end of the Planning Interval.

  4. Participate in the Inspect and Adapt event at the end of the Planning Interval.

For more information on the role of the Business Owner, here’s a great article on the Scaled Agile Framework site. As always, if you have any questions, you can always reach out to me, and I will be happy to help.
